Mandatory Proof: To validate your claim, you must provide clear photographic evidence and an unboxing video showing the damaged or incorrect item in its original packaging.
Submitting a Claim: Send your order number, photographs, and the unboxing video to our support team at info@mirovia.in. Our team will review your claim and get back to you with the next steps.
Once your return is received and inspected (or your cancellation is confirmed), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Method: Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method used during checkout. In certain cases, at the sole discretion of management, refunds may be issued as store credit.
Refund Timeline: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement after the refund has been approved by our team.
